Yes, Sakura is worth it if you play Guard of Order. As a Tier S hero with a combate — ataque y defensa de motos role, she's a core part of the faction. Remember: focus on the 3 strongest S heroes of your faction — don't spread fragments equally across all 5.

Use her as soon as you get her. Her skill 3 only applies when deployed — Prioritize her level and skill 3 first. She works best in back row with Riders troops.

You can get S hero fragments by upgrading your VIP level, completing daily missions (looting trucks, sending trucks), participating in popular seasonal events, and at the end of each season where your alliance leader distributes rewards based on ranking — including diamonds and exclusive season tickets to recruit heroes you didn't buy. That's why being in a strong, active alliance is essential.
